Background
ETIM International, founded in 1991, is the global governing body for the ETIM classification standard, which is used to standardize technical product data in the HVAC sector. Based in the Netherlands, ETIM unites members worldwide to ensure effective data exchange across industries. FEST, the European Federation of the Sanitary and Heating Wholesale Trade, represents national associations of wholesalers in 18 countries, focusing on the distribution of plumbing and heating products. Together, ETIM International and FEST work to promote data standardization and improve efficiency across the HVAC industry.
