Using the Product page in PowerRelate
Goal: In this article, you’ll learn how to use the product page in PowerRelate to quickly find product information and view product relationships.
What is the Product page?
The product page is an overview screen within PowerRelate where you can view all key information about a product. With this feature, you no longer need to search through multiple clusters to find details about a specific product. At a glance, you can see which relationships (such as variants and accessories) apply to a product, and you can review all of its product attributes (features).
Use the product page when you want to:
- Quickly look up information about a specific product.
- See what variants exist for a product.
- Check which accessories are linked to a product.
- Understand the current context of a product.
How to use the Product page
The product page is designed to quickly provide insight into the details and relationships of a specific product. The steps below explain how to open the page, how to search for products, and how to view the relevant information. This helps you get the most out of this useful feature in PowerRelate.
Opening the Product page
You can open the product page in two ways:
- Go to the main menu in PowerRelate and select Insights → Products.
- Click the ‘box’ icon in the menu on the left-hand side.
Searching and Filtering
On the product overview page, you can use the following filters to find the right product:
- Product segment: Select a specific product segment to narrow down the list.
- Product ID: Search by the unique product identifier
- Product name: Search using (part of) the product name
- Status: Filter by product status (e.g., active or inactive).
- Feature: Once a segment is selected, you can also filter by specific attributes and attribute values.
Viewing Product Details
- Click on the Product ID in the list to open the product detail page.
On the product detail page, you’ll find:
• General product information (name, ID, segment)
• Tabs for Features, Variants, and Accessories
• A direct link to the product’s page on the website (if available)
